Fundraising progarms

At Edison’s Entertainment Complex, we believe in giving back to our community. That’s why we’re excited to announce our fundraising program, designed to help local organizations raise money while having a blast! Click below to level up your fundraising efforts with one of our three programs, book an event, or get tickets to an upcoming event.

THREE GREAT OPTIONS:

  • Available Tuesday thru Thursday
  • We provide four hours of unlimited laser tag and bowling, attendees pay just $10 ($12 savings)
  • Attendees purchase tickets to your event via our convenient online booking system
  • Your attendees also qualify for 50% bonus on their arcade purchases that night to earn tickets
  • You raise funds on the following scale: 
    Sell 99 tickets or less, keep $3 per ticket, get one free $50 gift card to giveaway; Sell 100-149 tickets, keep $4 per ticket, get two free $50 gift cards to giveaway; Sell 150+ tickets, keep $5 per ticket, get three free $50 gift cards to giveaway
  • Imagine the unforgettable memories created with Edison’s private event experience. Dates are based on availability at time of request and booking the night requires a minimum spend. Call us for more details. 618-307-5934
  • The Outlet is a perfect setting for fundraisers like dinner auctions, bingo or trivia nights, or anything else you can dream up! The Outlet holds 200+ people and now has an enclosed patio for extra space. Give us a call to start your planning. Remember there is no facility charge.
  • The Outlet offers special opportunities for fundraisers that allow your group to rent the space, bring your own food, and not require you to have a food spending minimum. This package charges a flat fee instead.
  • HERE IS HOW IT WORKS: 4-Hour Event Rental Fee & set-up time – $1,000 plus bartender fee Event space must be vacated within 1/2 hour of event end time Each additional hour = $250
  • OTHER TERMS/SERVICES
  • Available Sunday through Friday (Not avail. Saturdays)
  • This price includes our standard room set. Substantial changes to the layout may incur an added fee.
  • Rental fee includes two tables for DJ, Bingo Caller, etc. Additional skirt tables are $15 each.
  • $200 cleaning deposit – The host is to clean tables and bag the trash. We supply trash bags. If space is returned clean, your deposit is returned. Please provide a check for your deposit. No outside drinks of any kind including soft drinks or alcoholic beverages. We provide a full-service bar for your event. Bartender fee – $100 per bartender (4 hours of service)
  • Suggested number of bartenders 1 for 50 guests, 2 for 100 guests, 3 for 150+ guests
  • If using our TVs, microphones, sound system, and/or AV there is an AV access/set up fee for all the above of just $75.

Lane reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. All reservations are based on availability.
