Join us each Friday for Edison’s Al Fresco Fridays! We’ll be grilling on our patio, and for just $19.95, each guest 21+ can enjoy 2 drinks, an appetizer, a salad, a grilled entree, and a side all from our al fresco menu! Entrees will include pork steak, swordfish, honey-roasted half chicken, a French onion burger, beef, chicken, or shrimp shish kabobs, and a weekly chef’s choice. Appetizers will include bacon-wrapped chicken livers or a stuffed portabella mushroom. Sides will be a weekly chef’s choice, and salad options will include a house, Caesar, or weekly chef’s choice salad. Beverage options will include house wine, well cocktails, and domestic or house beer.
The Chef’s Choice menu items for May 26th will include: watermelon & fried green tomato salad, Cajun red snapper w/ crawfish cream, dirty rice, cheddar grits, maque choux, and Cajun dust summer veggie blend.
